Communicating FAQ
1. Can you share your personal contact details?
When reaching out to sellers, refrain from sharing personal contact information such as your email address, phone number, or street address.
Sharing such details can lead to delays in message delivery, as we manually review messages containing personal information to ensure everyone’s safety and prevent online fraud.
Feel free to exchange contact information after completing a transaction or when arranging to meet in person. You may receive a safety warning when sharing or receiving contact details; however, this is simply a reminder and can be dismissed.
