1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact the seller on weddingclosethub with your order number and reason for the return. You will receive a Return form from the seller and further instructions.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, including all tags, accessories, and any documentation received with the item.
3. Shipping: Send the item to the return address provided by the seller. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is safely returned to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
