How Seller | Buyer Protection Works
Seller | Buyer Protection ensures that your online purchases are secure and safeguarded in case something goes wrong. When you buy or sell an item, such as a wedding dress, through WCH using PayPal, you’re automatically covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection at no additional cost.
Here’s how it works:
- Make Your Purchase
When buying from a seller on WCH, always complete the payment through PayPal. Pay in one single payment. This ensures your transaction is eligible for Buyer Protection. - Receive Your Item
Once your payment is processed, the seller will ship the item to your provided address. Make sure to confirm the receipt of your item and inspect it upon arrival. - File a Dispute if Something Goes Wrong
If your item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or is significantly different from the seller’s description, you can file a dispute through PayPal. You must do this within 24 hours of receiving the item. - Resolution
PayPal will review your dispute and work with you and the seller to resolve the issue. If the dispute is valid, PayPal will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping, up to $20,000.
If you encounter any issues with your dress, please file a dispute within 24 hours of receiving it.
