- Access Your Inbox: Log into your WCH account and navigate to your inbox to view your conversations with buyers.
- Open the Buyer Conversation: Locate the chat with the buyer related to the order you are shipping and click to open the conversation.
- Find the Order Box: Scroll down to the order box within the conversation. This box contains important information about the order.
- Click “Mark as Shipped”: In the order box, click the “Mark as shipped” button to update the status of the order.
- Select the Shipping Carrier: Choose the shipping carrier you used for the shipment from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Tracking Number: Input the tracking number for the shipment. This allows both you and the buyer to track the package’s journey.
