Sellers are not allowed to request additional payments.
It is the seller’s responsibility to accurately calculate shipping costs and account for transaction fees before requesting payment. Requesting extra funds for shipping or transaction fees violates the WCH Seller Agreement.
If a seller asks for an unreasonable additional payment, you may request that they cancel the transaction or initiate a refund.
Incorrect Pricing
In the event of an incorrect payment, the seller should cancel the transaction via PayPal and request a new payment. To ensure PayPal Buyer Protection applies, all payments must be made in a single transaction, as multiple payments may not be covered.
